The kettle is 2/3rd jacketed for uniform distribution of the heat. The Kettle is available with fixed scraper attachment. The teflon scraper scrapes the inner surface of kettle and is driven by attached geared motor or gearbox-motor attachment. The scraper attachment ensures that there is no blackening or charring of product while cooking or heating. Steam jacketed kettles are complete with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam trap Jacket and pan is made of 10/10 s.w.g. stainless steel.
