Steam Jacketed Cooking Kettle Tilting Type
This kettle is used for cooking of pulp or juices or making sugar syrup / brine solution. The steam jacketed kettle is mounted on a MS/SS stand with tilting arrangement through worm gear/pinion. Jacket and pan is made of 10/10 s.w.g. stainless steel. The kettle is 2/3rd jacketed for uniform distribution of the heat. The tilting of kettle facilitates easy pouring of the preparation. Steam jacketed kettles are complete with pressure gauge, safety valve and steam trap.
