Semi Automatic jar filler is suitable to cleaning, filling & capping of 20 ltr jar. The jars are fed to bottle holder, which tilt the jar on top of high pressure spray which washes the jar. The machine also has spray for external wash. After the cleaning stage, the jars are fed on the filling conveyor. After filling jars automatically move to the capping stage where caps are released from the capping chute to the jar and the jars are sealed by capping head. The entire system is enclosed in a stainless steel/glass outer casing. After the capping stage the jars conveyed to the output conveyor.
